Ok how many others collect the different laminated 10/22's besides me? I have all the different laminated models from the first one in 1986 through 1999. Some are very limited in quantity and were very hard to find. I have a blue target D gun which there are only 4 known and a stainless Target D gun which there are only 3 known. I have also acquired a Stainless BBZ carbine * gun which is a factory listed used gun. I also have one that the factory made up as a thank you for helping out at a show years ago which is a one of a kind rosewood burgundy laminated stock and a factory jeweled bolt. I know that the factory continues to bring out different laminated models since 1999 including the very limited Race rifle. If you collect the 10/22's and enjoy them like I do I would like to hear from you

hey charlie
I collect only 10/22's and am fairly new at it. I have about 20 laminated ones, nothing special except for my kittery trading post and FBI gun, which everyone have seen. Bring on the pics, I'm sure most havnt seen some of yours and I know I want to see them!

Re: Laminated 10/22 collectors
I will have to go through the safes and take some pictures and post them for all to see and enjoy. It will take some time and I am kind of new at posting pictures but I will give it my best shot at providing pictures. Note that 10 of the laminated models I display were used in Bill Workmans book, Know Your 10/22's. I bought the guns loaned to Bill for pictures in his book from another collector. With these guns I got the green laminated that I did not have and got some extra items that went with the Kittery with an extra medallion and a certificate. I decided to limit to the different models made up through 1999 for what I displayed because I was running out of room in my safes. I am toying with the idea of taking my collection or maybe part of it to Tulsa in November for the collector show. If I do I have to change my display because I do not have a good way to haul all the display cases and the guns that I have used in the past. Not sure if I will have time to build something different before Tulsa but I have heard they are planning another display show next year at the Ohio Gun Collectors show which is only a couple hours from home for me. If anyone has questions about the earlier laminates just let me know.

Charlie,
Are there any RSI versions in your collection? Like to see those pics if so. Almost got one of the recent Sports South laminate editions in stainless, regret I passed on a more than decent deal.

Re: Laminated 10/22 collectors
I have 2 laminated RSI in my collection. That is all that were made up through 1999. The first one was the stainless BBZ which was an exclusive for Wal-Mart and the other is the rare blue RSI BBZ which only 690 were made which were the overrun of the BBZ RSI stocks for the Wal-Mart contract. Since they could not sell as stainless they used up the stocks as blues to sell of the over run. When I get some time I will dig in the safe and pull them out and post some pictures for all to enjoy.
