ROCS licenses plate on red GMC suv

I was driving north in I 75 today and a red GMC suv went by me twice in southern GA but I did not see who it was. I as in my motor home with a black GMC Acadia on behind. Wonder who it was.

It wern't me. Never been to GA and wouldn't own a Government Motors Car (GMC)

Charlie, did ROCS offer license plates at some point or was this one that someone had made?

It was a state issued custom plate but was unable to tell what state.

Maybe it was someone's initials.... People look at my plate with a puzzled look as it says Watertender in short form
H2O-TNDR.... I think Bill had the most fun with his ILUV44S plate... Heard he saw a few too! Would flashing be considered brandishing a pair?
