Ran across this on Gunauction, found it to be interesting. I know that Kurt Vogel has auctioned off some of his Grandfather's personal collection. This is all authenticated and has a letter from Colt as well as Kurt Vogel.

It makes me sad to see a collection of such historical value being broken up. That said what a fantastic piece.
