Gun broker

Does anybody know what's going on with gun broker when I make a bid on all items it drops down another page with a bunch of rules and regulations and the price and the shipping etc. etc. and it will not let me submit there's no place to submit it anybody can help I tried to get a hold a gun broker couple of times I'm not having any luck with them?
