I'm officially alive again!

I've been otherwise occupied for the last eighteen months and have had nothing to do with most everything in my life. The doctors have finally figured out what was wrong (Pancreatic Cancer), what to do about it (chemo/radiation/surgery), and done it ("Frankensteined" me with a Whipple Procedure), they gave me a clean bill of health and dropped all of the restrictions and treatments about a month ago. I'll have regular tracking and checkups from now on, but I'm free! I'll get back into collecting, but I don't know how deeply yet, that will depend on what the socialists decide to do to us next. I at the least want to complete the 50th Anniversary set that I started, I have the three most expensive items to go, the matched set of Blackhawks, the No.1, and the M77 Hawkeye, but hey, at least I'm still alive to get them! Right now I can't promise that I'll make the Idaho Gun Show in March, but I'll try.

I am happy to hear that you have a clean bill of health and ready to get back into collecting. I wish you continued success in both areas. I will be on the lookout for the 50th Anniversary Rugers you are looking for.
