Ruger No 1 450/400 D weight barrel

Anyone else see these Ruger No1 450/400 Model # 11385 this has the heavy D contour barrel, I pickup a few and salesman told me only 37 released.

32 was the number I was told, but it can get real confusing for these Sales people. Do you have a theory as to WHY they were made? There are some 1A's in 243 and 270 just made, but I don't have a number.

Maybe a mistake at factory? or just to keep us collectors on our toes?
