Ruger #1B .270 Win SOLD

Post by RoninPA »

SOLD a little used Ruger #1 in .270. I bought this rifle several years ago but have not used it and probably won't in the future. I fired it (2 rounds) to check the scope sight in and it was still fine after all these years. I got it from a guy who inherited it from his father but never shot it as he said he was a pistol shooter and was selling it to raise money for a new handgun. This rifle probably has not had a box of shells through it according to the seller at the time.

Comes with a 3-9x40 Bushnell Scope Chief IV scope (fits time period for the rifle). The scope is in excellent condition.

The rifle has only extremely minor handling marks, no rust, overall a 98+ condition.

S/N is 132-38114 which makes its born on date sometime in 1983. This gun does not look like a 32 year old gun, that is how well it has been maintained.

I will also include a box (18 + the 2 fired rounds) of Remington 150 gr Core Lokt cartridges.

Sale price is $900.00 as shown in the pictures. This includes shipping to your FFL and insurance. Without the scope, rings and ammo the price will be $850 shipped.

I'll be working on the photos but can email them to you if you would like, just let me know.

Thanks Steve. If it sells I'd be happy, but if it doesn't I won't be sad, it would just go back into the safe. I am selling it to raise some money for my business expansion. As of 1 July I will be able to sell/transfer NFA items (silencers, Short barreled rifles, Short barreled shotguns and machine guns) and to stock silencers, even just a few, takes a pretty good outlay to start.

However, like I said, if it doesn't sell, not a big deal. I like my Rugers and it and the GP's I'm selling were the ones that were the most expendable at this time.
