Ruger hammer

Post by LDB »

There's a new thread on Ruger Forum .net of a Ruger hammer that's pretty cool.

Sir,
You are contributing by stirring conversation.
For instance, a few weeks ago a hammer just like mine came up on ebay with a buy now price of $299.00.
I knew it was worth far more than that, but I deliberated to long and someone else snagged it that day. A week or so later another one showed up in excellent condition with a buy now of $759.00 it sold in less than a week. Stiletto Hammer collectors consider them very rare! I recently scored on a Stiletto/Ruger T-Shirt that I'll take a picture of and post, I think you will like it.
Good Hunting,
Terry

Here's the T-Shirt picture,

I figured Don would have something about them. Don, is there anything you don't have about Rugers?? (I Know, Rhetorical Question)

I have one like in the ad, went out and looked at it again and it is not marked with a weight or any kind of identifying numbers on the head or the handle. \

Total weight is 22.3 ounces, handle is 17" long, so I suspect the head is 16 oz.

Forgot I had this many. Also have a Ruger/Stilletto titanium head with interchangeable hammer face (not able to find it at the moment).
The 2nd hammer from left is a steel head. All others are titanium...
