1B with iron sights?

seen this on GB, sights don't look like aftermarket and it doesn't appear the barrel band was removed. Stock checkering isn't non prefix. so any ideas??

Hard to say without a serial number and much better pictures (I looked at it too, but moved on quickly with 4 poor, far-away pictures and no information).
Best case scenario: a non-prefix BBS that has been restocked with post-1976 wood.

Saw one of these in Ohio at a gun show, looked like the real deal. Most likely a special order. I think that was a 130 gun. Maybe this is the same one.

serial number is 132-279959

Two possibilities then:
1. Someone had a non-prefix BBS barrel and put it on this early '80's rifle, or

2. Someone fabricated it by adding the 1S front sight and rib.

1 too many digits in SN. Probably just Sights added to a 1B.
