Re: Military Marked Mark 1's
I actually found another, earlier, technical manual. TM 9-2316 Army only, published in December 1956.

Re: Military Marked Mark 1's
What box would the first contract guns have come in?
Re: Military Marked Mark 1's
I've had a few US stamped Marks over the years but since I have always focused on the Single Actions they always seemed to be the first to go when I was generating funds for the next purchase. The exception is this Mark II. As I was collecting up the 100 serial numbers I was contacted by someone with the offer to sell it to me. It now happily resides with many of the other 100 guns I've been lucky enough to track down.

Re: Military Marked Mark 1's
I remember flagging down the guy who had the lightweight # 100 at Tulsa......
Steve sought it for Flatgate aka Carl.
We donated to fund to buy Flatgate a bunch of new model #100 guns...
I think we overpaid but Carl was a good guy....like no one has ever overpaid

One of the items that came with one of the #100 guns.
