Single six serial # list for 3 screws

Hi all,

New to the forum and am wondering if there is serial # list for old model 3 screws readily available. I just picked up a single six 3 screw serial # 821*** and was wanting to find out year of manufacture. Rugers website doesn't show any info on the number. Any help greatly appreciated.

With that serial # your Single -Six was made in 1968.
What barrel length?
Get the box?

Thank you for the reply. I believe 5.5" but will double check after I pick up from my FFL in a couple of weeks. No it didn't have the box. In the shape its in, I'm assuming it was part of an estate sale.

But you can ALSO get a copy of his "Ruger Reference Guide" that will give you more details than you'd think were possible. It's an INVALUABLE resource for buying older Rugers.
